In Store Return Policy:
In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, in their original condition with tags attached. (Store credit will be applied to a gift card)

Online Return Policy:
Online purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only. For an exchange/store credit please call or submit a request within 72 hours of receiving your package to info@kbstyle.ca. We will then send exchange/store credit instructions.
Returned/exchanged items must be received by us within 10 days unworn, in their original condition with tags attached. We do not take care of the cost of returns.
Upon receipt of your return a virtual gift card will be emailed, or an exchange shipped at no charge. (Store credit will be applied to a virtual gift card).
